About The Position

AG Supermarkets, Inc. is seeking a full-time Receiver for its Laconia, New Hampshire store. The position supports receiving and processing merchandise and host communications, coordinating with outside vendors, maintaining retail information for direct-vendor items, and transmitting price changes. The Receiver provides customer service, develops product knowledge, and follows company safety and security standards.

Work is performed in a typical retail environment and may involve indoor and outdoor areas with different temperature-controlled climates. The role requires extended data-entry activity and screen exposure, as well as standing, kneeling, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Flexible schedule availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain composure while supporting customer satisfaction.
• Develop product knowledge in all areas.
• Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors.
• Set up and maintain retail information on direct-vendor items, including monthly price changes and promotions.
• Transmit weekly and monthly price changes.
• Use the electronic transmission process to receive and process host communication and sort tags.
• Support and comply with company safety and security standards.
