Associates must follow lifting guidelines, limiting single lifts to 75 pounds; team lifts are used minimally starting at 75 pounds or when needed. Powered equipment must be used as required, with proper training or help from a trained coworker. In Pro Fulfillment Stores, additional duties include picking and staging Flatbed Delivery orders using the Orders App, safely loading orders, rotating orders by delivery date, resolving customer order issues, communicating proactively with customers, and following Delivery Readiness best practices.
