About The Position

Giving Home Health Care has been supporting individuals impacted by health conditions related to their work in nuclear facilities for the Department of Energy since 2012. They focus on personalized, in-home care and serve patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. The company is a fast-growing, leading provider. The Outreach Coordinator will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, analyze market trends, and optimize marketing efforts across various channels. The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining connections with local unions, coordinating, and attending patient appreciation events, senior fairs, marketing events, and other community events. They will also complete intakes on potential patients and serve as a point of contact for updates and check-ins. This position is for the Albuquerque/Farmington offices and offers bonus opportunities for hard work and dedication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in community outreach, public relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for community engagement and making a positive impact.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the community.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in healthcare outreach, marketing, or sales (home health experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage community members and stakeholders.
  • Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and partners.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials, including flyers, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Conduct presentations and informational sessions about our programs and services.
  • Coordinate volunteer activities and manage volunteer outreach efforts.
  • Track and report on outreach activities, including engagement metrics and feedback.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a database of contacts and partners.
  • Support the planning and execution of special events and campaigns.
  • Conduct intakes on workers who are interested in the program.
  • Staying up to date with the program we offer and be able to educate patients.
  • Proficient phone skills. You will be responsible for handling multiple calls a day.
  • Understand HIPAA and maintain confidentiality.
  • Display a warm and friendly attitude.
