About The Position

Honor Foods is hiring a Rebate / Program Manager to lead their rebate and program operations from their Philadelphia office. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role where you’ll drive financial accuracy, manage key programs, and make a direct impact on the business. The role involves leading and developing a team, owning the full lifecycle of rebate & incentive programs, overseeing accruals, reconciliations & financial reporting, managing vendor claims, collections & customer payouts, delivering insights through analysis, forecasting & reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP, audits & internal controls, partnering with Finance on month-end close, and improving processes through automation & efficiency gains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in rebate, program, or financial management
• Leadership experience managing teams
• Strong knowledge of GAAP & financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, TrackMax, etc.)
• Advanced Excel + strong analytical mindset
