DESCRIPTION: • Provide supervision of team to ensure programs, payment and deductions are administered effectively, timely and accurately in accordance with Pactiv guidelines and policy. • Mentor team members and provide growth opportunities. • Support Management with analysis and reporting, communicate team results and customer compliance. • Understand Customer Contract and execute in accordance with Policy / Contract. • Establish controls to ensure payments are in accordance with policy. • Analysis and processing of high volume and complex customers. • Process transactions and payments to customers timely and accurately. • Understand customer contracts and highlight if contract not in accordance with the one face policy. • Rebill and collect amounts that are not in accordance with the policy. • On a recurring basis report out exceptions/non-compliance and drive compliance by working with sales and Business Unit Finance • Manage back log deduction process. • Responsible to provide month end accruals and ensure they are in accordance with contract terms and provide details by customer to Business Unit Finance for approval. • Update Vistex with all customer rebate programs. • Maintain stability of the Vistex system. • Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and be cost effective. • Convert customers from deduction mode to payment mode. • Maintain desk procedures and training documents to train new employees. • Research, plan and assist in the implementation of changes. • Assist in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree with an emphasis in finance or accounting preferred.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills required with SAP experience a plus.
  • Good communication and team skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve and prioritize to meet deadlines.
