Realty Connection Specialist
About The Position
As a Realty Connection Specialist, you’ll support homebuyers at a pivotal point in their home-shopping journey. The role focuses on connecting pre-qualified buyers with trusted real estate agents in the Veterans United Realty (VUR) Network. You’ll be among the first people buyers speak with, answering general questions about the home-buying process and helping match them with an appropriate agent. The role does not include discussing loan terms or performing licensed tasks. You’ll also help ensure a smooth handoff by maintaining accurate records and assigning pairing files to an Agent Development Coach for review and follow-up.
Requirements
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and stay busy.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-first setting.
- At least one year of customer service experience or similar transferable experience.
- Already licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson or willing to become licensed upon employment.
- Consistent, dependable attendance and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Partner pre-qualified homebuyers with Real Estate Agents within the VUR Network.
- Serve as a first point of contact for buyers over the phone and answer general questions about the home-buying process.
- Connect buyers with the right Real Estate Agent while following company and industry guidelines prohibiting discussion of loan terms.
- Assign pairing files to an Agent Development Coach for review and follow-up to support excellent service.
- Keep detailed, accurate records to support a smooth handoff and next steps.
- Support the team and strengthen its culture as needed, excluding licensed tasks.
