About The Position

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is a boutique Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm specializing in providing high-quality remote professionals to businesses across the United States. We are seeking organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistants to join our talent pool. In this role, you will support real estate agents, brokers, property managers, and investment teams by managing administrative tasks, coordinating transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or in a real estate administrative role.
Familiarity with MLS systems and real estate transaction processes.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
English proficiency at a C1 level or higher (written and verbal) with a slight to neutral accent.
Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting U.S.-based real estate agents, brokers, or property management companies.
Knowledge of real estate contracts, disclosures, and closing procedures.
Experience with property management software such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or Propertyware.
Familiarity with DocuSign, Dotloop, SkySlope, or TransactionDesk.
Experience coordinating leasing activities and tenant communications.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing for real estate.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

Manage property listings across MLS and other real estate platforms.
Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing.
Schedule appointments, property showings, inspections, and meetings.
Maintain and update CRM systems with client and transaction information.
Prepare contracts, agreements, disclosures, and other real estate documentation.
Communicate professionally with buyers, sellers, tenants, vendors, and clients.
Assist with property management and leasing activities.
Organize digital files and maintain accurate transaction records.
Conduct basic market research and comparable property analysis when required.
Support agents and property managers with general administrative tasks.
