You will assist in handling real estate activities and transactions on behalf of clients. A successful Pre-Closer demonstrates strong attention to detail, proactive communication, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to keep transactions moving efficiently from contract to closing while providing exceptional service to clients and business partners. Requirements

  • High school diploma is required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Professional customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and real estate closing software (Qualia or similar)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in real estate, title, mortgage lending or legal support is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Paralegal/Closer or Closing Attorney
  • Open and organize new residential closing files
  • Monitor transaction timelines and ensure critical timelines are met
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys
  • Provide regular status updates to all parties
  • Respond promptly to questions and requests via phone, email, and the closing portal.
  • Collect and review required documentation including: Purchase agreements, HOA information, Payoff information, Insurance information, Lender instructions
  • Order and track title work, payoffs, and other closing related documents
  • Schedule closings and coordinate availability of all parties
  • Perform pre-closing audits to ensure file accuracy and completeness
  • Other office admin duties as needed
