Requirements
- Five to eight years of experience in transactional real estate law.
- Experience with real estate purchase and sale agreements.
- Experience with leasing.
- Experience with financing options.
- Experience with special purpose and serial entity formation.
- Experience with operating and limited partnership agreements.
- Ability to handle some real estate disputes.
Responsibilities
- Handling various transactional real estate needs for private businesses.
