Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of work experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferably in a real estate/mortgage/title setting)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365

Excellent customer service and administrative skills
Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks

Responsibilities

Assist Associate Policy & Property Consultants by providing excellent service to both internal and external customers
Create and update files and prepare real estate documentation.
Create and update database to support the real estate program
Assist with preparing client reports
