Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in preparing, proofreading and revising legal documents
  • Assist in putting loan files together
  • Assist with drafting FHA/HUD loan documents, electronic file management and assembling deal packages
  • Assist on miscellaneous FHA/HUD matters, including post-closing fixes
  • Perform quality control review on copies of transcripts and assemble final transcript packages
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, calendars and processing expenses
