The role involves guiding clients through the home-buying process, managing relationships, utilizing lead systems, negotiating offers, and staying informed about market trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a focus on buyer representation.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the buying process.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage offers, inspections, and contracts.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools to efficiently handle client interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide clear and professional service.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
  • Must complete a short assessment within 24-48 hours after application submission.

  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge base.
  • Creating consistent, engaging content to grow both your personal brand and our team’s presence.
  • Attending weekly trainings led by top coaches and mentors in the industry.
  • Participating in team meetings focused on growth, market updates, accountability, and structure.
