About The Position

As a Real Estate Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the smooth operational execution of our real estate portfolio while advancing our mission to make a meaningful impact along the patient journey. Positioned at the intersection of transaction support and strategic operations, you will manage end-to-end deal lifecycles, maintain critical compliance standards, and keep complex cross-functional initiatives on track. Working closely with the Real Estate Strategy (RES) team, internal leaders, and external partners, you will bring exceptional organizational precision, emotional intelligence, and proactive problem-solving to a dynamic, collaborative environment where every milestone directly fuels our broader strategic goals.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in corporate real estate, commercial finance, or legal operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven track record of managing processes and building strong, trusting relationships across cross-functional teams within a highly matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise with high organizational precision, proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, and familiarity with real estate management software (e.g., Lease Harbor, MyBuy).
  • Ability to work onsite a minimum of three days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing by facilitating due diligence, supporting closing documentation, and contributing to detailed lease reviews.
  • Align internal teams (Legal, Finance, Site Operations, Design & Construction) and external partners (brokers, landlords, tenants) to ensure key transaction timelines and milestones are met efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive portfolio records and trackers to ensure full visibility into key dates, including renewals, expirations, data entry, and day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Monitor critical lease documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with property disclosures, insurance requirements, move-out conditions, and governance standards.
  • Review and approve purchase orders and compile key reports and financial files to process rent and property-related payments.
  • Support internal coordination for various property management workflows, project agreements, and site operations needs.
  • Identify operational friction points within matrixed team structures to continuously improve administrative, transaction, and tracking workflows.
