About The Position

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, real estate, or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and people skills — in person, over the phone, and via email
- Willingness to work in crawlspaces or basements
- A positive, driven, and team-focused attitude

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with realtors, homeowners, and buyers.
- Conduct detailed property inspections to identify basement, foundation, and crawlspace concerns.
- Communicate inspection findings clearly to real estate partners and customers.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely, high-quality service from inspection to closing.
- Represent Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with integrity and professionalism at all times.
