We’re hiring a Real Estate Project Manager at our Corporate office in Chattanooga, TN, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Real Estate Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and analyzing purchase agreements and leases for both existing and new market locations. The Real Estate Project Manager will also be responsible for managing communication and performing key processes as it pertains to lease and purchase agreement consents, amendments, communications, and other customary real estate documents.

Requirements

  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate or Paralegal Studies.
  • At least 2 years of relatable project management experience.

  • Project Management Certification, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review lease and purchase agreements and be able to conduct abstracts and determination of obligations for compliance.
  • Coordinate with the legal team on drafting and execution of agreements.
  • Coordinate lease information with Corporate AP and Lease Administration.
  • Tracking key dates and compliance obligations under the lease and purchase agreements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
