About The Position

Gunster is hiring a full-time Real Estate Processor for its Lakewood Ranch office. The role supports residential and commercial real estate transactions by opening and organizing files, ordering title searches and related documents, maintaining transaction records, and coordinating with the Paralegal Closer to ensure files are complete, accurate, and ready for timely closings. The processor works under the supervision of firm attorneys and communicates with clients, lenders, real estate agents, title companies, and vendors to help transactions proceed efficiently from contract to closing.

Requirements

Prior experience in real estate processing, title, or a law office.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
A customer-service-oriented approach.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work collaboratively, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with real estate contracts, title searches, and closing procedures.
Experience with closing and title software.
