RevCap is seeking motivated individuals to build relationships with real estate investors and convert them into long-term clients.

Requirements

• Phone-based sales experience.
• Comfort owning numbers and operating without daily hand-holding.
• Coachable, hungry, high-output.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Background in private lending, mortgage, commercial real estate finance, or business banking.
• Experience selling to investors, small business owners, or operators.
• Existing book of business or active broker/borrower relationships in real estate finance.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound calls into enriched, curated investor lists.
• Qualify deals against the company's four loan programs and shepherd them through underwriting.
• Build a pipeline of repeat borrowers.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, underwriting, and processing to close fast.
• Represent Revolution Realty Capital with discipline and credibility.
