About The Position

Hometrack Real Estate Marketing is looking for a talented Real Estate Photographer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for photographers who love architectural photography but prefer to avoid the business aspects like lead generation, scheduling, and extensive post-processing. Hometrack manages these administrative tasks, allowing photographers to concentrate on capturing high-quality visuals. The company emphasizes focusing on the craft, eliminating the need for sales, and providing reliable, local assignments to ensure consistent work. Photographers will receive ongoing training in areas like Matterport 3D, Drone Photography and Videography, and Architectural Styling.

Requirements

• Experience with professional Real Estate or Architectural Photography.
• Full-frame DSLR or Mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens (16mm–17mm equivalent) and a sturdy tripod. (Canon/Nikon preferred).
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
• An impeccable eye for detail, strong communication, and a "customer-first" attitude.

Nice To Haves

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Drone Certified).
• Experience with Matterport or similar 360° technology.
• Professional Videography skills.
• Advanced shooting techniques (HDR, Flambient, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality residential and commercial interior/exterior images.
• Execute additional services including 2D Floor Plans, Matterport tours, and Drone/Aerial imagery (if applicable).
• Maintain a professional, punctual, and friendly presence on-site.
• Upload raw files by 10:00 PM EST on the day of the shoot.
