About The Position

Hometrack Real Estate Marketing is looking for a talented Real Estate Photographer to join our growing team. We are seeking an on-call, part-time professional to cover the North Central Florida area. As an innovator in real estate marketing, we require our photographers to be versatile, learning an array of digital services to keep our team at the forefront of the industry. At Hometrack, we handle the administrative heavy lifting so you can focus on capturing stunning visual stories. Our internal editing team handles all post-production, and our dedicated admin team fills your calendar; you just show up and shoot. We provide ongoing education in Matterport 3D, Drone Photography and Videography, and Architectural Styling. This role offers reliable, local assignments, moving away from the "feast or famine" freelance cycle.

Requirements

• Experience with professional Real Estate or Architectural Photography
• Full-frame DSLR or Mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens (16mm–17mm equivalent) and a sturdy tripod. (Canon/Nikon preferred).
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
• An impeccable eye for detail, strong communication, and a "customer-first" attitude.

Nice To Haves

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Drone Certified).
• Experience with Matterport or similar 360° technology.
• Professional Videography skills.
• Advanced shooting techniques (HDR, Flambient, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality residential and commercial interior/exterior images.
• Execute additional services including 2D Floor Plans, Matterport tours, and Drone/Aerial imagery (if applicable)
• Maintain a professional, punctual, and friendly presence on-site.
• Upload raw files by 10:00 PM EST on the day of the shoot.
