About The Position

Hometrack Real Estate Marketing is looking for a talented Real Estate Photographer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for photographers who love capturing architectural visuals but prefer to avoid the business aspects like cold calling, scheduling, and extensive post-processing. Hometrack manages the administrative tasks, allowing photographers to concentrate on creating high-quality visual content. The company offers ongoing training in Matterport 3D, Drone Photography and Videography, and Architectural Styling, aiming to provide reliable, local assignments and move away from the inconsistent freelance cycle.

Requirements

• Experience with professional Real Estate or Architectural Photography.
• Full-frame DSLR or Mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens (16mm–17mm equivalent) and a sturdy tripod. (Canon/Nikon preferred).
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
• An impeccable eye for detail, strong communication, and a "customer-first" attitude.

Nice To Haves

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Drone Certified).
• Experience with Matterport or similar 360° technology.
• Professional Videography skills.
• Advanced shooting techniques (HDR, Flambient, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality residential and commercial interior/exterior images.
• Execute additional services including 2D Floor Plans, Matterport tours, and Drone/Aerial imagery (if applicable).
• Maintain a professional, punctual, and friendly presence on-site.
• Upload raw files by 10:00 PM EST on the day of the shoot.
