About The Position
Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is seeking a Real Estate Development Partner to join its Boston office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized real estate practice and represent developers, investors, and owners in sophisticated real estate transactions and development projects. The successful candidate will manage complex matters, advise clients on strategic issues, and contribute to business development and client relationship efforts.
Requirements
- At least 12 - 20 years of experience representing commercial real estate developers, investors, and owners in complex real estate transactions and development matters.
- An established or portable book of business.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Admitted and in good standing in Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, joint ventures, leasing, land use and zoning matters, and related real estate transactions.
- Manage complex matters.
- Advise clients on strategic issues.
- Contribute to business development and client relationship efforts.
