The paralegal will assist attorneys in managing complex property deals, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing matters, while ensuring precision and timeliness at every stage of the process. Requirements
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree or an accredited paralegal program.
- Five or more years of experience working with real estate transactions in a legal environment.
- Proficiency in reviewing titles, surveys, and financing documentation.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on client service.
- Familiarity with modern legal software, Microsoft Office, and document management tools.
