About The Position
Situated in the heart of western Georgia, this dynamic law firm serves clients throughout the greater Atlanta market with an emphasis on major real estate transactions and development projects. The Real Estate Paralegal will play a key role assisting attorneys in all phases of commercial real estate deals, including document preparation, due diligence review, and transaction closings. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate required.
- At least five years of substantive experience in commercial real estate law.
- Strong command of title and survey review, loan documentation, and closing coordination.
- Excellent time management and communication skills, with precision and accuracy in work product.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple deals under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and legal document management platforms.
