About The Position
A prominent real estate law practice in New York City is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Paralegal to join its team. This full-time role is centered in one of the nation’s most dynamic legal markets, supporting attorneys in a wide range of commercial property transactions. The position involves overseeing due diligence, preparing and reviewing transaction documents, coordinating closings, and ensuring the smooth execution of acquisitions and financings. Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, or a Paralegal Certificate with comparable professional experience
- At least five years of experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm, corporate legal department, or title company
- Strong command of real estate documentation, including titles, leases, and closing materials
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and client service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, document management systems, and digital workflow tools
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalism
