About The Position

The Closers Title Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Senior Title Closer to manage high-volume residential and commercial transactions in a fast-paced environment. This role is best suited for a licensed Florida Title Agent who can independently handle 30–40+ files per month from start to finish with accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a proven closer who takes ownership of their files, resolves issues proactively, and consistently meets deadlines. We are actively hiring and aiming to fill this role quickly.

Requirements

Active Florida Title Agent License
In-office availability in Hollywood, FL
5+ years of title closing experience
Proven ability to manage 30–40+ files per month independently
Experience working with processors (including remote processors)
Proficiency with title software (Qualia preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to perform under deadlines in a high-volume environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle residential and commercial closings from intake through final title policy
Review and approve settlement statements, closing disclosures, and loan documents
Clear title requirements and resolve liens, judgments, and title defects
Coordinate funding and execute accurate disbursement of funds
Ensure timely recording of legal documents
Issue final title policies once all requirements are met
Analyze title searches and public records for accuracy and risk
Review surveys, legal descriptions, and plats
Communicate with realtors, lenders, attorneys, and clients throughout the transaction
Work closely with processors, including remote teams, to maintain workflow efficiency
Prepare title abstracts and title opinions when required
