About The Position
SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal with 5+ years of experience in a commercial real estate environment. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures in the oil and gas and real estate areas as well as experience preparing title objection letters, estoppel agreements, lease abstracts, closing binders, and setting up and attending closings. A four-year degree from an accredited university is required. This is an excellent opportunity with a great firm and offers a high salary.
