About The Position

The Prologis Summer Internship Program provides students with 10–12 weeks of work experience and opportunities to collaborate on significant projects, interact with company leaders, attend seminars and Q&A sessions, and take local market tours. Prologis seeks undergraduate and graduate students interested in developing their careers and contributing to its work across the organization.

The Real Estate Operations Intern will support the operation and customer support of Prologis’s Chicagoland portfolio, with exposure to Leasing, Real Estate and Customer Experience (RECX)/Property Management, and Operations Construction Management. The intern will assist with leasing activities, financial analysis, industry networking, and identifying and supporting AI-driven tools for Operations workflows.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or currently enrolled in a graduate program.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity.
• Collaborative team player who contributes to a supportive team environment.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Nice To Haves

• Coursework or project experience in commercial real estate, leasing, property management, finance, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team meetings, site visits, and special projects to learn about the functions supporting Prologis’s Chicagoland portfolio, including Leasing, RECX/Property Management, and Operations Construction Management.
• Support day-to-day leasing activities by preparing marketing materials, attending prospective customer showings, and helping prepare lease proposals and basic financial models to evaluate deal terms.
• Build relationships and learn about the industrial real estate ecosystem by attending team events and industry networking functions and collaborating with peers and members of the brokerage community.
• Help identify and implement AI-driven tools to improve Operations workflows by researching use cases, gathering user feedback, and supporting team training and rollout efforts.
