About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable, professional, and people-oriented individual to represent our team at Cedar Ranch Estates , a growing new construction community in Derby. This role is the first impression of the neighborhood — you will be interacting with buyers, agents, and builders while ensuring model homes are open, presentable, and generating leads. This is not a passive “sit in a model home” job. We need someone who is proactive, engaging, and comfortable starting conversations. Schedule Friday – Monday 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Consistent weekend availability required

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain all model homes during scheduled hours
• Ensure homes are show-ready (lights on, doors unlocked, presentable)
• Welcome and engage all visitors walking through the homes
• Collect visitor information: Name, phone, email
• Whether they are working with an agent
• Ensure every guest signs in (no missed opportunities)
• Provide a professional and friendly experience for all guests
• Answer basic questions about the neighborhood and homes
• Direct serious buyers to the appropriate agent or next steps
• Track daily traffic and activity
• Communicate any notable feedback from buyers or agents
• Maintain organization of materials and model home access
