Reporting to the Head of Real Estate, this role oversees real estate operations to control and maintain the Bank's real estate portfolio. Key responsibilities include conducting new store growth planning, market reviews, and new site lease negotiations. The role also involves negotiating contracts, subleases, and lease renewals, as well as facilitating relationships with real estate brokers and other vendors. Additionally, the position facilitates the sale of non-productive assets and manages lease administration, which includes CAM Audits, property tax appeals, benchmarking, portfolio management reporting, and data control. The role administers LOI preparation, market mapping, training, CRA coordination, real estate process flow management, relocation evaluation, site/project handoff to the construction and development manager, regulatory tracking and applications, insurance, storage, and compliance. The Real Estate Manager supports the operations of the Real Estate Department to ensure the achievement of short and long-term goals and objectives, sets production goals, and ensures their achievement. The role actively participates with senior management to establish corporate strategic plans and objectives and ensures proper standards are implemented to safeguard company assets. This position requires demonstrating compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job functions and applying knowledge gained through coursework and on-the-job training, while staying up-to-date on regulation changes. The role adheres to all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training, including maintaining a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other applicable regulations. The role may involve coaching, mentoring, or training others and teaching coursework as a subject matter expert.
