About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and member-focused Real Estate Loan Servicer to join our team and help support members throughout the life of their home loan. In this role, you’ll help ensure mortgage accounts are serviced accurately and efficiently while delivering exceptional service and care to our members. From processing payments and maintaining escrow accounts to answering member questions and supporting regulatory compliance, your work will play an important role in protecting both our members’ financial well-being and the integrity of Clearwater’s loan portfolio.

Requirements

High school degree or equivalent required.
Two to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional member service.
Strong communicator who enjoys both independent work and collaboration.
Approaches challenges with curiosity and problem-solving skills.
Takes pride in accuracy and accountability.

Responsibilities

Process mortgage loan payments, payoffs, and other mortgage-related transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain mortgage loan records, including loan boarding, disclosures, and daily, monthly, and annual reporting.
Manage escrow accounts and coordinate payment of property taxes and homeowner’s insurance.
Provide mortgage loan information to members, coworkers, and authorized third parties, including transaction histories and payoff information.
Research and respond to member inquiries while providing thoughtful, solutions-focused service.
Collaborate with coworkers across departments to support members and ensure smooth loan servicing operations.
Follow all Credit Union policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
Demonstrate reliable attendance, accountability, and timely completion of responsibilities.
