The Real Estate Investments Associate primarily focuses on the administration and analysis for the Corporate Real Estate team in managing and executing all facets of real estate activities for QTS. This role will require a high degree of autonomy, decision-making, and the ability to manage projects and strategic initiatives efficiently. The position interfaces with internal stakeholders, external consultants, public entities, brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure seamless real estate operations and process optimization. Manages critical databases, dashboards, tracking tools, and key reporting measures for real estate projects, pipelines, and asset maps. Administers, maintains, and organizes collaborative data rooms, project folders, and active real estate deal files to ensure accessibility and version control. Prepares deal templates, LOI (Letter of Intent) documentation, and materials for internal approvals, including capital committee submissions. Creates agendas, presentations, and reports for executive-level meetings and decision-making processes. Assists with team coordination, including organizing weekly meetings, tracking action items, and facilitating strategic project updates. Oversees travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistical support for real estate team members, ensuring cost-efficiency and accuracy. Proactively manages process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce risks, and enhance service delivery across real estate activities. Ensures confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion when managing sensitive company and real estate information. Leads strategic and administrative projects aimed at improving departmental performance and productivity. Coordinates, collaborates, and administers key activities for the Corporate Real Estate team to ensure operational efficiency and streamlined communications between the internal team, external consultants, public entities, brokers, economic development agencies, municipalities (and any other relevant stakeholders) as required, to coordinate all facets of real estate activities for QTS. Researches and analyzes gathered market data, competitor insights, property information, maps, and other relevant resources. Administers lease searches and real estate site selection initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
