About The Position

This role is for an attorney passionate about real estate law, eager to build strong client relationships while working on sophisticated and varied matters. The ideal candidate will have hands-on transactional real estate experience, with additional exposure to litigation and planned communities being a strong advantage. Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
  • Minimum of 2 years of transactional real estate experience in a law firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle real estate transactions with attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to client service excellence.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with litigation and/or planned community law is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters.
  • Take ownership of assigned matters from start to finish - review, analyze, and develop strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough research using all available resources to support case strategies and provide well-informed advice.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by maintaining regular, proactive communication with clients about case progress and next steps.
  • Represent clients effectively in negotiations and work toward favorable resolutions whenever possible.
  • Partner with senior attorneys and colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, including adherence to state bar requirements and firm policies.
  • Assist in setting retainers, managing payment schedules, and ensuring timely collection of receivables for assigned cases.
  • Stay current with legal developments and complete all required Continuing Legal Education (CLE) to maintain bar membership.
