About The Position

Hybridge Capital Management (HCM) is a Beverly Hills-based real estate private equity firm managing a $180M+ portfolio of luxury branded residential developments, hospitality assets, and value-add multifamily investments. The firm is seeking an intelligent, dependable self-starter who thrives on ownership and execution to join their team. This role offers hands-on experience and responsibility in managing a nine-figure development pipeline, including a Marriott-branded luxury condominium project in Lake Tahoe, hospitality assets in the Southeast, and value-add multifamily investments. The associate will underwrite live transactions, coordinate with various stakeholders, and help oversee assets from acquisition through stabilization and disposition. This position requires initiative, independent problem-solving, and the ability to deliver exceptional work with minimal oversight.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in real estate private equity, asset management, development, commercial real estate finance, lending, brokerage, or investment banking.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Argus
  • Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals, capital markets, and investment structures
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor and stakeholder reporting
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage performance of real estate assets across the portfolio, including financial analysis and reporting
  • Conduct regular property-level reviews, including cash flow analysis, NOI tracking, and variance reporting
  • Support acquisition and disposition processes through due diligence, underwriting, and financial modeling
  • Collaborate with property managers, operators, and third-party vendors to drive asset performance
  • Prepare investor reporting, quarterly updates, and asset-level presentations for stakeholders
  • Identify value-add opportunities and assist in developing and executing asset business plans
  • Track market trends, comparable transactions, and macroeconomic factors affecting the portfolio
  • Support acquisitions, refinancings, dispositions, construction financing, preferred equity raises, and recapitalizations.
  • Operate as a trusted extension of the principal by solving problems independently and driving projects to completion.
