Summer 2027 Real Estate Financial Analysis (Investment and Asset Management)
About The Position
Bedrock’s Summer 2027 Real Estate Financial Analysis internship offers hands-on experience in either Investment or Asset Management. Investment interns gain exposure to Capital Markets, Acquisitions & Dispositions, and Public Financing initiatives. Asset Management interns work alongside Asset Management, Hospitality Asset Management, and Office/Retail Leasing teams, learning about strategic and financial management of a diverse real estate portfolio. The program offers real-world skill development, career exploration, impactful projects, and mentorship while introducing interns to Bedrock’s full-cycle real estate and development work. The internship runs from June 1, 2027, through August 5, 2027. Interns work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fully on-site at Bedrock’s offices and properties in downtown Detroit, Michigan. Compensation is $18.00 per hour. Requirements
- Be entering junior year or higher in fall 2027.
- Be pursuing a degree related to the team or business area indicated in the personal essay.
- Be able to perform tasks within established procedures.
- Be able to think critically and solve problems at a basic level.
- Be able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Previous internship or work experience is beneficial.
