About The Position

Bedrock’s Summer 2027 internship program provides emerging professionals with hands-on experience, opportunities to collaborate across teams, mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects at a full-cycle real estate and development company. Real Estate Financial Analysis interns are placed in either Investment or Asset Management.

Investment interns gain exposure to Capital Markets, Acquisitions & Dispositions, and Public Financing initiatives. Asset Management interns work alongside the Asset Management, Hospitality Asset Management, and Office/Retail Leasing teams, learning about the strategic and financial management of a diverse real estate portfolio.

The internship is fully on-site at Bedrock’s offices and properties in downtown Detroit, Michigan. Interns are paid $18.00 per hour and work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The program runs from June 1, 2027, through August 5, 2027. Applicants must also submit a personal essay of no more than 500 words by 5:00 PM EST on November 11, 2026, explaining their interest in Bedrock, preferred business area, and what they hope to gain from the internship.

Requirements

• Entering junior year or higher in fall 2027.
• Pursuing a degree related to the business area indicated in the personal essay.
• Ability to perform tasks within established procedures.
• Basic critical-thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
