  • Quantify disputed charges, recovery opportunities, and portfolio cost outliers before decisions are made.
  • Provide lease and cost data to Accounting and Finance and support close and budget processes.
  • Own annual CAM/NNN, real estate tax, and insurance reconciliations, including methodology, deadlines, dispute strategy, and recovery tracking.
  • Audit landlord billings against lease terms by requesting ledger detail and invoices, testing capital and excluded costs, verifying pro-rata shares and caps, and quantifying exposure.

  • Lead, coach, and develop five Lease Administrators, including work assignment, workload balancing, hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and development plans.

  • Deliver recurring reporting to the Executive Director and VP of Real Estate on cost trends, reconciliation status, disputes and dollars at risk, recovery results, critical dates, and team throughput.
  • Provide historical cost data and financial analysis to Dealmaking for renewals and new deals, and flag unfavorable operating-expense language before execution.
  • Partner with Legal, Facilities, Construction, and Accounts Payable on notices, chargebacks, TI credit collection, and payment exceptions.
