Real Estate Development Internship
About The Position
Inch&Co’s Real Estate Development Internship is a seven-week, hands-on rotational program in York, Pennsylvania, for Summer 2027. Interns gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a real estate development deal, from sourcing and underwriting through construction and stabilization, working directly with leadership across multiple divisions. The program covers development, capital and investments, construction, property management, accounting, and industry perspectives from banking, insurance, and leadership. Interns will also complete and present a final project connected to an Inch&Co initiative, receiving feedback.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in real estate, finance, construction management, business, architecture, civil engineering, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong interest in real estate development.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with development research and market analysis.
- Support financial modeling and underwriting.
- Participate in project meetings and site visits.
- Collaborate with multiple departments on active projects.
- Contribute to a final presentation and project deliverable.
