Requirements

  • Have working knowledge of real estate, contract administration, project management or economic development.
  • Have previous experience with reviewing and interpreting legal documents like contracts, leases, or agreements.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Are able to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the Tulsa community.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate contracts, development agreements, leases, and project documentation.
  • Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, and reporting systems that help keep development and redevelopment projects moving forward.
  • Support asset management activities by monitoring lease renewals, inspections, insurance certificates, reporting deadlines, and property-related obligations.
  • Serve as Board Secretary by coordinating board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and materials, recording minutes, maintaining official records, and ensuring governance compliance.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready files for contracts, resolutions, board actions, and other key organizational records.
  • Assist with community engagement efforts by organizing stakeholder meetings, public meetings, special events, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain stakeholder and partner databases while supporting relationship-building efforts throughout the Tulsa community.
  • Develop and improve tracking tools, templates, and administrative processes that increase efficiency and consistency across the department.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Real Estate & Asset Management team and contribute to special projects that advance PartnerTulsa's mission.
