About The Position

A reputable law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Construction Associate to join the firm in its Las Vegas location. This position is transactional-focused, however, candidates with construction litigation experience are also welcome. The role involves advising, negotiating, drafting, and enforcing contracts and agreements related to management, operation, lease, development, and construction.

Responsibilities

Advise on real estate construction matters.
Negotiate, draft, and enforce contracts and agreements, including management, operation, lease, development, and construction agreements.
Handle transactional real estate construction matters.
Potentially handle construction litigation matters.
Invest 1800 hours on billable matters.
Complete 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work).
Dedicate at least 25 hours to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Contribute to the life of the firm through various committees and firm activities.
