Northwest is seeking a Real Estate Closing Coordinator, also known as an Escrow Officer or Transaction Manager, to join their team. This role is the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an excellent client experience. The Escrow Officer will coordinate communication with realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers to prepare for closings. Key responsibilities include resolving title insurance commitment items, clearing title defects, and obtaining necessary documentation. The role also involves preparing the Closing Disclosure and/or Settlement Statement in compliance with all relevant regulations and instructions, performing closing and settlement functions according to company standards, and building business relationships with realtors and lenders. A Transaction Manager manages a title order from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely closings while providing exceptional service. This position does not involve supervisory duties.
