Requirements

3-5 years of top-tier law firm experience.
Experience in transactions involving multifamily housing properties.

Nice To Haves

Experience in LIHTC and affordable housing properties.

Responsibilities

Engage in transactions involving multifamily housing properties.
Invest 1800 hours on billable matters.
Complete 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work).
Dedicate at least 25 hours to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Contribute to the life of the firm through various committees and firm activities.
