Requirements
- 4-5 years of commercial real estate experience
- Very strong document drafting and negotiating skills
- Knowledge of Florida Real Estate law
Responsibilities
- Negotiating, preparing and revising restrictive covenants, subordination agreements, loan agreements, loan modifications
- Handling a wide-range of commercial real estate transactions
- Drafting purchase and sale agreements
- Managing acquisitions
- Managing mortgage and asset-based financing
- Managing dispositions and development of real property and assets
