About The Position

Williams Parker is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their established and growing practice in Sarasota, Florida. This role focuses on general real estate and commercial leasing, working alongside a collaborative team of experienced attorneys on a broad range of sophisticated matters. The real estate practice group includes board-certified specialists and advises clients on commercial and residential transactions, leasing, condominium and subdivision development, banking and finance, and title insurance. Attorneys work together as a team to provide clients with expert guidance in all phases of their transactions. Founded in 1925, Williams Parker has played a central role in the growth and development of Southwest Florida, providing trusted counsel on transactions that have shaped the region.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally with exposure to real estate matters.
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Member of The Florida Bar or eligible and willing to sit for the Florida Bar in the near term.
  • Demonstrates a responsive, service-oriented approach and builds trust with clients while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Communicates clearly and works effectively with colleagues and clients to support successful outcomes.
  • Applies sound judgment and problem-solving skills to real estate transactions and related matters.
  • Brings a strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn and contribute to the team’s success.
  • Manages multiple matters efficiently, meets deadlines, and maintains attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to develop through hands-on experience and mentorship.
