About The Position

This role sits within Accenture's Supply Chain & Engineering organization, specifically aligning with the Maintenance & Reliability capability (formerly Intelligent Asset Management), part of Accenture Reinvention Services. Supply Chain & Engineering professionals leverage AI and digital technologies across the product and asset lifecycle to build competitive advantage. The Maintenance & Reliability practice focuses on transforming operational data into reliability advantages, aiming to improve asset performance, reduce unplanned downtime, and establish a foundation for sustainable, long-term operational efficiency throughout the asset lifecycle. This is achieved by combining deep domain expertise with AI and digital technologies such as EAM, APM, RBI, predictive analytics, and the connected worker, to help clients maximize the value of their existing assets. The core belief is that organizations that excel are those with the deepest understanding of their assets.

Requirements

Minimum of 8+ years of Intelligent Asset Management experience focused on real estate and facilities processes for large global clients.
Must have multiple end-to-end life cycle implementation experience with IBM Maximo or ServiceNow for large corporations as a Work stream lead or Project Lead.
Must have business process knowledge and configuration in IBM Maximo or ServiceNow for the majority of facilities maintenance-related processes.
Deep understanding of integration across finance, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing.
Knowledge of leading practices and prior consulting experience relevant to manufacturing industry-specific Integrated ERP and technology functions.
Experience working in and around industrial/plant settings.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5+ years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 8+ year work experience.
Experience in Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Maintenance Management, and use cases in Artificial Intelligence platforms.
Experience with one or more of the following IBM Products/ ServiceNow/ MRI Manhattan: Asset Performance Management, Service and Asset management, Lease Management, Portfolio Management, Space Assets Management, Field Service Management, Operational Work management, Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).
Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with senior leadership to plan, analyze, design, and implement ServiceNow and IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management projects.
Support partners in business and technology transformation.
Bring solution expertise for Maintenance and Reliability business processes in Real Estate and Facilities Management.
Focus on driving financial and operational results for clients.
Assess stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness.
Collaborate with change agents, technical teams, and functional teams for successful adoption, aligning with corporate objectives and digital manufacturing initiatives.
Work collaboratively with the sales and leadership team on overall business development (existing and new accounts).
Develop industry-specific points of view on best practices for EAM/PM implementations and business transformation.
Lead large projects and play a project/program manager role in the analyze, design, and implementation phases.
Translate strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic business and technology transformation.
Conduct workshops with customers for defining/mapping processes, systems, and organizations.
Coach and guide project team members on key asset management fundamentals (maintenance plans, asset data definition and governance, work management, work closure).
Support project managers on daily implementation activities and provide appropriate levels of support to team and client team members.
Work with Project Managers or other work stream leaders in developing responses to client inquiries, creating solutions, and estimating work efforts for new opportunities.
