About The Position

Dominion Financial Services (DFS), a private lender focused on short-term bridge loans and long-term rental loans, is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to support loan origination, risk assessment, and real estate investors. The analyst also interprets building plans and construction documents, considers permits and local compliance requirements, and evaluates project feasibility, risk, and borrower pro formas.
