About The Position

The Grandbridge Real Estate Analyst Program is designed for individuals who have completed or are nearing completion of their BA/BS degree and have a strong interest in commercial real estate. This program offers comprehensive training in modeling, underwriting, and financial analysis within Grandbridge. Analysts will gain exposure to a wide variety of lending transactions, enhancing their financial and industry analysis skills, building expertise in commercial real estate and underwriting, and developing a thorough understanding of their client portfolios. This specific requisition is open only to individuals who were Truist Interns in 2026. Grandbridge Real Estate Capital LLC is a leading provider of capital solutions for commercial and multifamily real estate assets, specializing in capital markets financing, loan portfolio servicing, asset and portfolio management, and real estate brokerage services. As a subsidiary of Truist Bank, Grandbridge leverages a broad capital provider base to facilitate loan origination requests ranging from $2 million to over $500 million.

Requirements

  • Completed BA/BS degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and related training with a scheduled final graduation date of December 2026 through June 2027
  • Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze and report data
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
  • Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the role
  • Must have been a 2026 Truist Intern

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Commercial Real Estate experience as an analyst, broker, leasing agent or property manager or equivalent.
  • Master's in real estate/Finance or combined Commercial Real Estate experience through internships or other experiences
  • Foundational knowledge of ARGUS Enterprise software and use of 3rd party Real Estate Data Sources (CoStar, REIS, Axiometrics).
  • Overall GPA of 3.5
