About The Position
One of the top independent real estate firms in the Carolinas is expanding to the Nashville, TN area and is seeking dynamic Real Estate Agents. This role is ideal for new agents looking to start their careers or experienced agents who are struggling with consistent closings or have reached a plateau. As a top Zillow Preferred Partner team, we provide continuous incoming lead opportunities, with agents closing 2-6 deals per month from our leads program. Our experienced leadership team offers support throughout each transaction. We foster a supportive and fun environment with a high agent retention rate. We provide a comprehensive CRM, e-signature and document management tools, AI virtual assistants, and access to a centrally located office at no extra charge. Hands-on, in-the-field training is provided to ensure agents have the tools needed to succeed.
