About The Position
One Hand to Hold (OHTH) is a senior transition platform in Chesterfield, Missouri, guiding seniors and their families through life transitions from aging in place to estate disposition with a single point of contact. Our Trusted Transition Team utilizes a unique '4 Options for Your House' model, offering seniors four distinct property disposition paths, prioritizing family needs over agent profit. Our Caring Transitions division complements this by managing estate sales, auctions, move management, and senior relocation, creating an integrated service flywheel built on trust. We are seeking an experienced real estate professional with a genuine understanding and care for seniors and their families.
Requirements
- Active Missouri Real Estate License, required.
- SRES designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist, conferred by NAR), required or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- 3+ years of real estate transaction experience, residential strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of building referral relationships that produce consistent deal flow.
- Genuinely compassionate, understanding the emotional weight of senior family transitions.
- Relationship-first approach, building trust before pipeline and sustaining relationships.
- Self-directed, thriving with autonomy and ownership.
- Mission-aligned, with authentic resonance for work grounded in faith, integrity, and serving people.
- Builder mindset, energized by perfecting a scalable model.
Nice To Haves
- Senior industry background strongly preferred (e.g., sales director, community liaison, placement specialist).
- Familiarity with the senior transition ecosystem, elder law, estate planning, senior placement, care coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing real estate consultations, presenting all four disposition options honestly and compassionately.
- List and manage retail properties through the MLS.
- Coordinate with the investor network for off-market transactions.
- Support cash offer evaluations and manage properties through renovation and remarketing.
- Manage transactions from initial consultation to closing with operational support.
- Coordinate real estate services with Caring Transitions' estate and move management services.
- Build and maintain relationships with elder law attorneys, senior living placement specialists, social workers, hospital discharge planners, and financial advisors.
- Collaborate with the Caring Transitions team on shared referral sources.
- Represent Trusted Transitions and OHTH at senior industry networking events and community engagements.
- Maintain a documented referral partner record in the CRM (GoHighLevel).
- Participate in Caring Transitions client consultations where real estate needs are identified.
- Work alongside leadership and the real estate operations team to manage the transaction pipeline.
- Contribute to the documentation and refinement of the four-option sales process.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly business reviews.
- Represent the OHTH mission and values in all interactions.
