Requirements

  • Licensed real estate professionals or currently working toward licensure

Responsibilities

  • Train and coach directly with our Team Leads
  • Execute daily and weekly lead generation standards
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
  • Consult with buyers and sellers and guide them through the real estate process
  • Convert seller opportunities into signed listings
  • Market homes effectively and conduct open houses when you receive listings
  • Demonstrate knowledge of pricing strategies, staging, listing preparation, and market positioning
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients
  • Participate in weekly trainings, script practice, and team development opportunities
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Track all activities, leads, appointments, and clients in our technology systems
  • Follow The Bridge Group’s proven models, systems, and standards
