Responsibilities

  • Build and grow your personal database and sphere of influence (SOI).
  • Conduct buyer, seller, and investor consultations using CAZA’s proven playbooks.
  • Deliver five-star service that turns clients into lifelong advocates.
  • Manage transactions with precision and care using CAZA’s operations systems.
  • Prospect daily using a mix of CAZA-provided leads, referrals, and personal outreach.
  • Master CAZA’s proprietary sales systems, including: Listing Presentation & System, Buyer Presentation & System, Investor Presentation & System, Premium Cash Offer & Mortgage Partner Programs
  • Attend all required trainings, Impact Tuesdays, and team events.
  • Operate with accountability, ownership, and professionalism in every interaction.
